The Thai prime minister has been subject to two fecal attacks over the past five weeks. Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has received harsh criticism before but never in the manner that he has been experiencing recently. Khamphong Samart, 56, has been arrested for throwing bags of animal feces and the prime minister's house. Samart is charged with defacing public property and causing public embarrassment to others. Political tension in Thailand has been building for several weeks as supporters of the recently ousted Prime Minsiter Thaksin Shinawatra demand that Prime Minsiter Vejjajiva dissolve parliament and call new elections.

A New Zealand woman ran over her husband twice in the couple's driveway. Sandy Telford ran over her husband, Terry, as she backed out of their driveway. Not realizing what she'd done Sandy then drove forward running him over again. Mr. Telford is now recovering from his injuries in hospital. Medical officials claim that Mr. Telford sustained moderate head, chest, and back injuries but they report that despite these injuries, he was conscious and talking after the accident. Mrs. Telford was too distraught upon her realization at what she had done and could not offer a comment to police.

A German woman called police after she believed she had heard a burglar trying to sneak into her second-story apartment - but the burglar turned out to be her boyfriend. It was around midnight when police arrived to see the 'burglar' carrying flowers and a bottle of wine. The woman's boyfriend was trying to surprise her with a romantic evening. Despite the confusion, the boyfriend was still arrested on an outstanding warrant. Once noticing that police were present, the boyfriend attempted to flee but was caught by police.

A new school in Tokyo aimed at training students in the art of finding a marital partner is garnering a lot of attention as dozens of people seek to attend the school. The Infini School offers students various classes for people interested in finding brides or grooms. Currently, many people in Japan are shying away from the institution of marriage or are finding it difficult to find Mr./Mrs. 'Right.' The school teaches students how to talk, walk, and present themselves in a manner that will capture the hearts and minds of potential partners.
